A complete note does not need polished engineering language. It needs the measurements and operating facts that decide whether the request should become a finished bore sprocket, split replacement, taper-lock sheave, bushing set or conveyor chain review. Photos are welcome when they include scale, but typed dimensions are easier to quote from.
- Chain pitch, strand count and tooth count.
- Bore diameter, keyway size and hub style.
- RPM, load behavior and starts per hour.
- Dust, washdown, heat or corrosion exposure.
- Required shipment window and documentation.
